Raw Land to High End Custom Home
Beginning with raw ground and supporting the project through construction and final finish work, this project included complete site development, structural excavation, complex septic installation, drainage infrastructure, utility trenching, grading, and final landscape preparation. Work supported the home and shop build from early earthwork through final grading, transforming rough ground into a clean, functional site with proper drainage, stable grades, and a landscape-ready finish built for long-term performance.
Commercial Build
Full-site excavation and civil construction for a ground-up commercial development, including mass grading, building pad preparation, underground utility installation, storm drainage infrastructure, structural excavation, subgrade preparation, curb and sidewalk work, parking lot grading, and finish site grading. Beginning from raw ground, this project involved complete site development through final surface preparation, with coordinated earthwork and utility installation executed to meet demanding commercial standards and deliver a clean, fully functional finished site.
Dover Development
Executed from initial site preparation through final landscape-ready grading, this project included structural excavation, advanced septic installation, drainage infrastructure, utility trenching, foundation preparation, and finish grading for a custom home build in a highly regulated development with demanding site standards. Work required precise earthwork, careful coordination, and detail-driven execution to meet strict project requirements while delivering proper drainage, stable grades, and a clean, refined finished site.
Shop Perimeter Improvements
Complete site preparation and finish grading around a new shop build, including access road construction, gravel surfacing, slope correction, drainage improvements, and pad refinement around the structure. This before-and-after transformation involved reshaping grades for proper water management, stabilizing slopes, expanding usable ground around the building, and creating a clean, durable finished site built for long-term performance.
Backyard Reclamation
Large-scale land clearing, stump removal, drainage correction, and finish grading transformed an overgrown, water-impacted backyard into functional outdoor space. This project opened the property to sunlight, reclaimed significant usable yard area, addressed severe runoff issues with drainage improvements, reshaped grades for proper water management, and delivered a clean, stable finished site built for long-term performance.
New Shop Build
